These terms govern your use of MosaicoTools (the “Site”), operated by Mosaico Marketing Digital, registered in Brazil [CNPJ to add]. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the Site.
1. What the Site is
MosaicoTools is an editorial review hub for software and hardware aimed at professionals who work online. Reviews reflect our honest opinion at the time of writing. Software changes, hardware gets revised — what was true on the publish date may not be true today.
2. Affiliate links
Many outbound links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the vendor may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Editorial decisions are not influenced by commission rates. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the full statement (required by FTC 16 CFR §255).
3. Intellectual property
All original text, design, layout, and trademarks on the Site are © Mosaico Marketing Digital. You may share short quotes with attribution and a link back. Republishing entire reviews without written permission is not allowed.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the Site programmatically beyond standard search-engine crawling. Don’t attempt to break, overload, or probe security. Don’t impersonate us or our authors.
5. Third-party products and links
We link to third-party products and websites. We do not control them, do not endorse everything they say, and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or what happens after you leave the Site. Your transaction with any third-party vendor is between you and them — including refunds, support, shipping, and warranty.
6. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Reviews are informed opinions, not professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaico Marketing Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Direct liability, where allowed, is capped at BRL 100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — whichever is greater.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be heard in the courts of [São Paulo / city to confirm], Brazil.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published at /terms/ on the date you visit. Material changes will be announced on the home page or via The Brief.
